The staff greets me with warmth and professionalism. They are enthusiastic and knowledgeable when addressing my questions and concerns. They regularly go above and beyond for me.

My pet and I are greeted promptly and warmly. We are family the second we walk through the door!

The doctor is thorough in their explanation of findings and diagnostics so I l understand what is going on with my pet. My questions are answered clearly and accurately and I feel comfortable voicing my concerns.
I do not always understand why the doctor is recommending certain diagnostics or therapy. I would like more thorough explanations. Sometimes I do not feel comfortable asking questions or voicing my concerns.
The doctor confuses the heck out of me too much medical jargon. I’m not a doctor. I wish they would just fix my pet already.

If they live nearby, I recommend the BVC. But I wouldn’t travel from outside of Burlington.
